TSA Riley was engaged to provide project management services for a new 2 storey building for training and accommodation at the existing Glen Waverley site.

As part of the Community Safety Statement (CSS), Victoria Police will recruit and train nearly 3,000 additional members. This requires approximately 1,200 people per year to be trained through the Victoria Police Academy. The CSS has also committed Victoria Police to create a central capability for Family Violence with the expectation that a specific asset is built to provide this capability. The new facility meets these training and office accommodation needs.

The construction was completed while keeping the onsite operational facilities at the Academy fully functional. TSA Riley’s responsibilities included the preparation of tender documentation, assessment and award of the tender, and administration of a 100% design and construct contract.
