ProjectWhite Bay Cruise Terminal

TSA Riley provided project management over a 3-year period including design management and procurement phases, onsite delivery strategy and contract administration.

We managed the demolition of existing site structures, wharf remediation works, construction of the new cruise ship passenger terminal and gangways, along with new roads linking the terminal to the City West Link and infrastructure upgrades – which were delivered under multiple design and construct contracts. Our role had a particular focus on obtaining the various authority access deeds and approvals which attracted high public attention due to the location of the site.
