The Mount Barker project involves the design and construction of a 2 storey residential aged care facility. It includes a reception area, multi-function space and on-site kitchen and laundry services, 118 aged care beds spread over 6 residential wings and a memory support unit on the upper level.
TSA Riley’s involvement in the project initially included managing the site due diligence investigation and then expanded into progressing the design, lodging the DA and managing delivery.
We worked with the client and design team to ensure the design reflects the brief and budget constraints without compromising on Estia’s service to residence. Our services included design management, stakeholder management, procurement and delivery management.
