Mike is an Executive Director at TSA Riley, leads the UK&I retail sector, and is Office Director for Manchester. With nearly 30 years in the industry, he brings extensive experience to these roles.
As Retail Sector Lead, UK&I, Mike oversees all retail appointments across the business, ensuring consistency of service and delivery in this fast-paced and dynamic sector. With expertise developed from leading the delivery of roll-out programmes for a wide range of clients, he drives the success of a large and highly talented retail team. He understands what matters to our retail clients, including speed to market, creating sustainable, flexible and adaptable spaces, and delivering projects on time and within budget. He provides specialist advice on planning submissions, development programming, contracts and development agreements.
Mike heads up our UK&I Manchester office, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the office. Mike is responsible for managing a diverse team of professionals, who all bring an in-depth knowledge of the region and local projects to our service offering in the North West.

Scott Motley is Regional Director for the North of the UK and Ireland and a member of the UK&I Leadership Team. He has over 40 years of consultancy experience across the construction sector, both from an operational and client-facing perspective.
Having worked across a variety of sectors, including water, rail, energy, health, education and defence, Scott has led teams and client accounts with a focus on impact, collaboration and shared success.
Scott is particularly experienced in commercial aspects of capital projects including procurement of major programmes of work as well as individual projects. With a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale programs, Scott is passionate about fostering innovation and collaboration to create value for clients and communities, alongside driving operational excellence across the North of the UK.
